My 2012 Summer
Hi and welcome to my webpage! This summer I am interning with Tiffin University's Strength and Conditioning Coach. I will be learning the inside scoop on how to train athletes especially during preseason. TU's football team will be training in Tiffin this summer and I will get to work hands on with the athletes. There is a Journal:S&C tab which contains my weekly blogs and my experiences. Later in the summer, I get the opportunity to travel to London for the Olympics with a class here at Tiffin. There is also a tab labeled Travel Journal:Olympics which will hold my experiences and daily blog across seas. I hope you learn as much from this webpage as I will this memorable summer!

My name is Alexandria Quast. I am entering my senior year at Tiffin University in Ohio. I planning on graduating in the spring with my BA in Sports and Recreation Management with a minor in Sports Administration, Sports Marketing, and Sports Recreation & Tourism. I also will be ending my lacrosse career in spring in hopes of moving on to coaching my own team in the future. But, before I was recruited to be a dragon I was living in Lockport, New York. I had grown up with my two brothers always playing sports. Yet as sports grew more competitive, lacrosse became my dominant love. I live for the practices, off-season fall ball tournaments, and the friendships I have made over the years. I love the feeling of competitiveness and the drive to continue to better myself for the better of the team. The past two years I led the nation in goals for Division II and was recently honored with being named Independent Player of the Year and First Team All-Midfield. I watched myself improve because of the coach I have in college and I want to be able to make an impact on my own college team one day.
